Hi, I’m Caryl Marie, a passionate leader, empowerment coach, and global traveler committed to helping others transform their lives with confidence and purpose. I serve as a Director at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), the largest public transit system in the United States, serving over 8 million riders each day. Working within this expansive network strengthens my belief in the power of movement — not just across cities, but across mindsets and life paths. I’m also the founder of Empowered Entrepreneur, LLC. I coach women to break free from people-pleasing, build radical self-trust, and design a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. I co-founded Que Lo Tech, a growing community for Dominican women and allies in tech. I also co-host the Raíces de Poder podcast, which honors our cultural roots while elevating our collective voice. Whether I’m speaking on psychological safety and leadership, hosting community events, or discovering new cultures through @carylonthemove, my mission is always the same.
